Certify Mobile is designed to let competent electricians and contractors create certificates and reports on their own device. This policy explains the intended handling of data in the app and website.

Data stored in the app

Certificate data may include names, addresses, contact details, observations, photos, signatures, test results, company details, and exported documents. The app is designed to store this data locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, back up, email, or use an AI feature.

AI features

If the user chooses to use AI board scan or AI writing tools, selected images or text prompts may be sent to an AI service for processing. Users should avoid sending unnecessary personal data and must check all AI-assisted output.

Website and support email

If you contact support by email, the information you send will be used to respond to your request and improve the app. The website is a static information site and does not currently provide user accounts.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for protecting their device, managing exported files, and keeping appropriate backups of any certificate data they need to retain.
